Waiver of liability Release Form

In consideration of making the transaction from Pools and Surfaces without the guidance of a license contractor, the undersigned acknowledges and agrees that:
  • I understand that ALL sales are final
  • I understand that Pools and Surfaces will not be responsible for dislike of any material after installation
  • I understand that due to changing dye-lots, the tile you may receive, may not be exactly match a sample
  • I understand that I’m responsible for consulting the TCNA guidelines for glass tile installations or local equivalent
  • I understand that I’m responsible for consulting resources such as NTCA, TCNA, TTMAC and CTIOA for approved setting materials on glass tile purchased, as P&S is not responsible for any bonding failure
  • I understand that I was made aware that is always recommended to purchase 5-10% extra tile for waste and cuts or any incorrect measurements done on our part
  • I understand that I’m responsible for checking all pieces prior to installation in order to check all undesirable attributes
  • I understand that P&S is just an intermediary between the final buyer and manufacturers unrelated to the quality and delivery of the product sold and without any liability
  • I understand that P&S has no liability over merchandise being transported and taken outside our facility, the carrier being in charge of transporting the goods is responsible for any third-party damage
In signing this release, I acknowledge and represent that I read the foregoing waiver of liability form, understand it and sign it voluntarily as my own free act and deed.
